10 days left!!

I had another OB appt. today....the twins heartbeats were great, but I do have the strep they swabbed for last week so that means I need to have an IV of antibiotics during the c-section. The doctor checked my cervix and could feel Lily's head, I am also 1 cm dialated and 70% effaced. Not sure exactly what that means, but I guess things are progressing. I have a high risk doctor's appt on Thursday, so I will get to see them in my belly again. Anyways, hope everyone has a good week!
